Weston Kitchen installations was established in 1985 by Shaun Weston, with the help and encouragement from his father Neil Weston.
It took many years to learn the building trades from groundwork, through to completed buildings, this included kitchen installation. During 1989 to 1990 Shaun moved more and more into installation work.
By 1991, Shaun was specialising in kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, and eventually, due to word of mouth, linked up with B&Q in Gloucester which has led to a long asssociation with the group as contract installers.
As the business began to grow, Shaun was able to take on additional fitters, first making sure they were of top quality, working to the high standards that were needed, to attain the finish that Shaun required. Shaun's oldest daughter Laura now works in the company and has risen to become the head office administrator and a director. Chris Weaver, who has been a close friend of Shaun's for over 30 years and has been in the kitchen management business for 25 years, works closely with Laura on the general management of the business and is also the lead surveyor.
At present, Weston installations is one of the biggest and best multi-team kitchen installation services in the area. Being Corgi registered and NIC EIC registered, the eight installation teams include 3 Corgi registered fitters, 3 electrically qualified fitters, and trainees working alongside the other qualified workers.
All aspects of work are undertaken and guaranteed. Gas and electrical work is always certified, leaving the customer fully secure in the knowledge that they are not only having a top quality kitchen installation, but also know all health and safety regulations are complied with and that all gas and electrical work is safe.
Weston kitchens also works outside the area, covering the whole of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and other surrounding areas. They are fully independent and doing as much private work as contract work.
